The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, supervise material handlers, and ensure adherence to quality control standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management within a manufacturing environment.

Job description

Verify incoming delivery notes for parts.

Perform scanning and transferring of parts into warehouse inventory.

Ensure proper protection of parts; report inventory anomalies or other irregularities.

Monitor material handlers to ensure timely and accurate material preparation and scanning based on material requisition slips.

Coordinate and supervise material handlers to ensure timely feeding of materials and handle emergencies.

Supervise the recovery of empty part containers by material handlers.

Conduct regular stocktaking of warehouse inventory.

Supervise daily inspection and maintenance of forklifts.

Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the warehouse area managed by material handlers.

Evaluate the day-to-day performance of material handlers.

Ensure material handlers operate in accordance with standard procedures.

Use the production dashboard to verify correct issuing and returning of materials by handlers.

Manage traceability of parts using ERP system resources.

Assist the warehouse supervisor in warehouse planning tasks.

Assist the logistics supervisor in logistics planning tasks.

Manage the recovery and accounting of containers.

Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned in a timely manner.

Coordinate accounting entries between Kingdee and the ERP system.

Job Requirements:
a. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management in a manufacturing environment.
b. Familiar with warehouse process controls and management procedures.
c. Understanding of quality control methods and requirements in production environments.
d. Experience in team management.
