Job summary

Ambu is seeking a self-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Penang. The role involves supervising a group of store personnel handling direct and indirect materials, coordinating with 3PL partners, and ensuring accurate receiving, issuing, and cycle count processes.

You will train staff on SOPs, EHS policies, and MHE/PIT usage, maintain 5S and safety compliance, and support audits and ad hoc tasks across Ambu sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in warehouse operations.
• Familiar with 3PL operations and material handling.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning and supervision of staff for direct/indirect materials.
• Oversee receiving/issuing and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies.
• Train staff on SOPs, EHS policies and MHE/PIT use.
• Support audits and liaise with external warehouse providers.
• Maintain 5S and safety compliance; manage ad hoc tasks.
