Job Description

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, advise on imports and exports, and ensure proper inventory management.
• Track and maintain inventory records, and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment and comply with all safety regulations.
• Supervise, motivate, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff while resolving conflicts effectively.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and safety training for operators.
• Analyze shipment logs, review delivery timeliness, and suggest productivity improvements.
• Allocate personnel and accomplish tasks efficiently within deadlines.
• Optimize processes by reducing turnaround times, improving inventory accuracy, and minimizing waste.
• Communicate expectations clearly to employees and collaborate with team members.
