Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM with 4 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Value Added - Duty Free & Duty Payment Tax Stamp Labeling Activity

• Follow tax stamp range provided by Order Management and manage cut according to the tax stamp range list.
• Arrange items for labeling one day prior to the start of labeling.
• Arrange Labeler Agents for high volume shipments (DF Shipment & Conversion Orders).
• Monitor Labeler team on the quality of tax stamp sticking and additional labels (Importer address, Alcohol sticker, Warning sticker) ensuring no short pasting.
• Prepare daily labeling reports for billing purposes.

Warehouse Activities

• Ensure smooth operations for receiving, picking, and put-away processes.
• Verify accuracy in inventory and related paperwork.
• Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Maintain tight security and 100% inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
• Plan receipts, issues, and deliveries.
• Supervise material handlers for stuffing and unstuffing DP shipments.
• Monitor maintenance of MHE equipment such as forklifts, power trucks, reach trucks (Weekly checklist).
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
• Assist Facility Team with internal maintenance as needed.
• Attend health and safety training sessions and promote safety standards.
• Comply with EHS policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Undertake special assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements
