What You Will Do

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Manage warehouse staff, plan and assign work, train staff, conduct inventory counts, provide reports, summarize and plan work.
2. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
3. Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
4. Handle emergencies, conduct daily 6S inspections, ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively, keep the warehouse clean and tidy, and uphold safety standards.
5. Manage the handling, storing, and shipping of goods, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
6. Control inventory, plan budgets, organize inventory counts, and review annual goals.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
8. Perform other functions and duties as assigned by the company.

What We Want from You

• Diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Possess basic financial knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to undergo training in China for up to 1 month.
