Responsibilities (Leader):

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

• Operate reach truck and forklift safely and efficiently

• Ensure proper storage and inventory organization

• Monitor work processes and provide guidance to warehouse staff

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Responsibilities (Supervisor):

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse team members and operations

• Operate reach truck and forklift as needed

• Monitor inventory movement, receiving, and shipping

• Maintain records using computer systems and warehouse software

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs

• Prepare daily reports and support stock audits

Requirements (Leader):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations

• Valid forklift and reach truck driving certification

• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

• Willing to work overtime or shifts if needed

Requirements (Supervisor):

• Proven experience in a supervisory warehouse role

• Skilled in operating forklift and reach truck (valid license required)

• Computer literate (MS Excel, inventory systems, email communication)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
