Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Debak Delivery Hub in Sarawak to oversee sorters and drivers and coordinate daily parcel movements to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a local candidate with at least SPM/O Level or Diploma/Bachelors, good Bahasa Malaysia and English, and 1–2 years in Logistics or Supply Chain. Shift-based, 45 hours weekly, with rotational schedules and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree equivalent.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high customer service levels.
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.

Candidates currently based in Sarawak are encouraged to apply

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree equivalent

Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent

Shift-basis with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on agreed team arrangement

Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis

Working pattern:45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
