Job summary

A leading dairy manufacturer in Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory records. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, along with 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong computer skills in Excel and good analytical abilities are required. This role is based in the Wesport, Pulau Indah area.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Must be willing to work in Wesport, Pulau Indah area.

Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise and organise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing of raw and packaging materials, finished goods, engineering spares and sundry materials

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders to support production requirement and customer delivery schedules

Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Arrange stocks to dispatch to locations – quantity, correct item & FIFO vs SO (Sales Order) generated in system

Liaise with transporter and arrange the necessary SKUs needed in the quantities required

Manage and control pellet movement

Maintain accurate inventory records and carry out monthly stock check and cycle count

Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts

Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly

Requirements :

Diploma in any related discipline

3 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment

2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

Must be computer literate with competency in Excel, Words and Power Point.

Good mathematical skills, good with numbers and analytical

Must be willing to work as Wesport, Pulau Indah area
