A leading manufacturing company in vacuum technology is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor. The successful candidate will manage stock inventory, ensure safety compliance, and maintain efficient warehouse systems while preparing reports for supervision. This role requires a diploma and substantial experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Candidate must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily stock in and out of raw materials.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Organize goods according to FIFO and maintain warehouse systems.

Job description

Warehouse - Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

Responsible for the daily stock in, stock out, raw materials and parts.

Ensure accuracy of inventory records and conduct routine inspections.

Organize all goods in the allocated space without exposure to hazards in the workplace according to FIFO.

Maintain appropriate systems in finished goods warehouse and semi-warehouse.

Prepare weekly report, stock inventory report for superior.

Liaise with auditors on the discrepancy issue.

Participate in ISO audits and 5S activities.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Candidate must be computer literate.

Experience using systems handling warehouses will be an added advantage.
