Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at MajuHome, a leading provider of home furnishings and interior design solutions. In this full-time position based in Kampung Baru Subang, Selangor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and optimising productivity.

Job Description:

1. To assist manager in the warehouse operations.
2. Responsible for store operations, stock in and out flow movement of warehouse.
3. Maintaining a proper storage and inventory system.
4. Responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods.
5. Ensure company policy is being implemented promptly.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth in receiving and delivery.
7. Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on time deliveries.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
2. Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics.
3. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
4. Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
