About the role

IOBED (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will oversee inventory management, ensure stock accuracy & availability, minimize discrepancies, and optimize warehouse efficiency.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels in WMS.
2. Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
3. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, and missing items.
4. Implement inventory tracking methods such as FIFO.
5. Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded in WMS and physical stock matches system records.
6. Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and tidy.
7. Arrange warehouse handling equipment and load/unload goods.
8. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency.
9. Ensure efficient processes are in place for the receiving and dispatching of goods.
10. Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
11. Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.
12. Pack water purifiers and components carefully for shipping—Affix accurate labels.
13. Load and unload trucks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
14. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with processes.

What we're looking for

1. SPM or Diploma in a related field.
2. Physically fit for heavy lifting.
3. Awareness of workplace safety standards.
4. Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SQL system.
5. Strong knowledge of inventory tracking, stock control, and warehouse layout planning.
6. Basic understanding of product handling.
7. Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization.
8. Familiarity with water purifier systems and operational equipment is an advantage.
