Job description

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods between HQ and branches.

Team Supervision

Lead and manage warehouse staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring.

Ensure staff comply with SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies.

Inventory Control

Oversee proper labeling, storage, and organization of goods.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is properly recorded in the system.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and warehouse activities.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management (e.g., stock balance, damaged goods, stock discrepancy).

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize space usage.

Maintenance & Safety

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance.

Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent; additional logistics/warehouse certification is a plus.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SQL or equivalent)

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Language: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)

Physical Requirements: Able to work in a warehouse environment and lift medium-weight items when necessary.

Others: Willing to travel to branch locations occasionally.
