Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang. You will supervise warehouse operations including shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ideal candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree and have about 5 years of materials experience or hands-on experience with MRP systems. A comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing.
• Maintain proper stock levels to ensure warehouse profitability.
• Maintain files on all equipment.
• Conduct routine and periodic inventory counts.
• Order necessary equipment.
• Ensure sites are adequately stocked and the warehouse is kept clean, safe and efficient.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang. Accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment.
• Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Typically requires 5 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
