Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership and inventory management skills to support our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team at a Coal-Fired Power Plant. This position is critical in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and safe storage of all spare parts and consumables required for plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control the storage of spare parts and consumables in accordance with established Inventory Management Procedures, Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Letters of Introduction (SP).
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery and issuance of spare parts/consumables to plant users.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, integrity, and safety stock levels of all warehouse materials.
  • Monitor and update inventory records in the warehouse management system, ensuring real-time accuracy.
  • Utilize and operate IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks, cycle counts, and participate in year-end inventory audits.
  • Ensure Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) compliance in all warehouse activities.
  • Foster good communication and coordination with both internal departments (Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, contractors).

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • r Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management, preferably within power plant operations, mining, oil & gas, or other heavy industrial environments.
  • Proven experience with IBM Maximo system or other equivalent warehouse management/inventory software.
  • Have Forklift SIO is preferable

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes, material handling, and warehousing best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Willingness to relocate in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
