Overview

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, supervise on-site management, and implement 5S management and visual management system.
• Develop and execute scientific and rational warehouse layout plans to optimize storage space utilization and achieve visual management objectives.
• Coordinate and communicate material requirement across departments, including planning, implementation, inbound/outbound management, and inventory control.
• Regularly evaluate and analyze inventory status, organizing reviews and clearance of obsolete/slow-moving materials.
• Manage inventory counting, conduct periodic physical counts of raw materials, WIP, finished goods and scrap, and submit inventory reports to finance and other relevant departments to ensure asset security.
• Develop a warehouse emergency plan to provide material support services for emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above, 3 years experience relevant warehouse/store management
• Skilled operation of computers and the use of office software
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong management and execution ability

Additional Information

• Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with China suppliers.
