Job Description

• Requisition of equipment fixtures
• Asset management
• Scrapping of items
• Asset inventory management
• Instrument calibration
• Coordination of customs declaration and clearance for equipment fixtures
• Management of goods in and out of the area
• Establishment and management of equipment consumables and safety inventory

Other Requirements

• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Experience in warehouse and account management is preferred; proficient in oral English and strong communication skills
• Experience in accounting and banking industries is preferred
• Experience in large or multinational companies is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
• Must comply with company work system and be willing to work day/night shifts
