Job description

Operational oversight: Manage and direct all day-to-day warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Coordinate product movement in and out of the warehouse to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operating costs. Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout to maximize productivity. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless operations. Manage warehouse equipment and fleet, ensuring regular maintenance and service.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Ensure the accuracy of all inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Track and report on all incoming and outgoing products.
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and other necessary warehouse documentation.
• Team leadership and supervision: Supervise, motivate, and train warehouse staff.
