Job Description:

1. Oversee daily operations of receiving, storing, and delivering finished goods, ensuring processes meet company requirements and follow set workflows.
2. Manage and utilize warehouse resources to support the company's goals regarding product quality and quantity.
3. Maintain accurate records for all stock in and out, ensuring no discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
4. Manage warehouse storage space, consumables, and facilities to support smooth production operations without quality issues.
5. Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials including raw materials, general items, consumables, and parts, ensuring proper stock levels.
6. Maintain reasonable stock levels of parts and materials to avoid overstocking.
7. Ensure proper inspection procedures during receiving to avoid accepting unsuitable materials.
8. Manage warehouse manpower to ensure smooth daily operations; develop education and recruitment plans to build a strong team.
9. Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
10. Manage forklift operations for company logistics.
11. Counsel employees periodically to promote positive attitudes and job responsibility.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing company preferred.
3. Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across departments.
