We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, team leadership, and warehouse best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all warehouse and store operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

Ensure warehouse layout and space optimization for efficient material flow.

Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock records.

Manage a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory turnover, and shrinkage.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Handle customer service issues related to warehouse or store functions.

Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/store management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control systems.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment if needed.

Working Conditions:

On-site warehouse environment.

Physical work including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
