• Perform the Warehouse/Store documentation system and process adhere to companies ISO9001/HACCP quality management certification, QMS and GMP control and the Safety Food standards.
• To ensure and execute the health, safety and green environmental plan and procedures in the workplace are being implemented and adhered to.
• Recording and updating all warehouse and store inventory activities that consistent with the established standards, customer specifications and remain competitive in the industries. Maintain the related Supply Chain, Safety Food & Material Handling standards throughout the process chain.
• Responsible for proper update and maintenance of inventory control of all company’s stocks in warehouse and store at the most cost effective manner, keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate so as to minimize discrepancy.
• Assist Warehouse/Store Head of Department and Executive in execute and manage the maintenance of warehouse and lead the scheduling and coordination of receiving, dispatch or delivery of all company’s stocks activity.
• Planning, coordinate, monitor and carry out the day-to-day activities of the receipt, dispatch or delivery of all company’s stocks throughout the process chain so as to ensure all stocks are kept and maintained its quality that consistent with the established procedures, customer specifications and inventory control goals as per the necessary Food Safety requirements and store safely and protected from damage.
• Coordinate and recording all stock movement, transit between production, warehouse and logistic arrangement and ensure the all stock are being handled, transferred, loading-unloading adequately as per SOP and with the proper documentation and authorization.
• Performing the day-to-day warehouse task and duties in a proper system as layout to monitor and control the company stock including stock level, shelf life and pre-alert notification, FIFO and ensuring all stock are stored in the require manner as per instruction and SOP and preparing/issuing all the relevant reports as per the required deadline accordingly.
• Assist Warehouse/Store Head of Department and Executive in formulate and preparation of Inventory, Warehouse/Store Management System Quality Control Standards, Standard Operation Procedures and documentation and ensure it is being updated and maintained as requires.
• Ensuring proper traceability tools and system are being implemented throughout the whole Inventory, Warehouse and Store Management System and activity.
• Organize and conduct the Warehouse and Store department so as ensure the department is ready for all internal and external quality audits activities at all times.
• Record and provide the necessary statistical data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Warehouse/Store Executive for the reporting including the 6 Months Stock Movement and Space Plan.
• Work with Warehouse/Store Supervisor to keep and update the stock control systems on time and ensure it is up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
• Assist Warehouse/Store Head of Department and Executive in liaising with Sales, Purchasers, Logistic, Production, Planning and QA department on day-to-day issues.
• Assist Warehouse/Store Head of Department and Executive in providing accurate & timely updates on Finished Good and 3rd Party Warehouse Stocks shelf life and expiry dates to management for proper monitoring and action.
• Assist Warehouse/Store Head of Department and Executive in organize and prepare the Warehouse/Store Department in conducting monthly, quarterly and year end stock take to ensure stocks are updated and accuracy of the inventory system data with minimum discrepancy.
• Assist Warehouse/Store Head of Department and Executive in preparing and updating the stock for FS4 sales stock, determination of FS4 Stock and prepare and coordinating the promotion and sales of FS4 stock, stock control and inventory update.
• Monitor the stock moving, stock status and provide adequate pre-alert report on the excessive or balance stock to minimize wastage of inventory stock due to slow moving or expire of shelf life.
• Work with Warehouse/Store Supervisor in receive, sort and prepare proper report on all Sales Returns from customer and work with QA/QC and Sales departments to ensure a high level of internal and external analysis product delivery and quality related matters.
• Carry out the duties of preparing, issuing of all documentation related to the handling, collection and disposition SOP for all stock inventory if any.
• Perform overtime as required.
• Follow and adhere to company’s Rules and Regulations as per Employee’s Notebook.
• Any other task and responsibility that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
