Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and manage overall warehouse and production operations, including receiving, production planning, storing, and dispatching raw materials and finished goods.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules in alignment with the production team.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and proper utilization of the warehouse racking system.
• Monitor stock levels, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse according to GMP and Halal standards.
• Liaise with Procurement, QA/QC, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Train and lead warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update warehouse documentation and reports for audits and management review.
