A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Warehouse & Production Operator / Assistant Supervisor responsible for various operations including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials while ensuring compliance with halal and food safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in food production or warehouse environments and possess strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods in accordance with halal standards.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with monthly and yearly stock counts.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse according to food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods in accordance with halal standards.
Ensure proper inventory rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with monthly and yearly stock counts.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse according to food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
Assist in the daily preparation, processing, and packing of halal dim sum products.
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with SOPs and hygiene standards.
Monitor product quality and report any deviations from standards.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production areas following GMP, HACCP, and halal guidelines.
Support the Warehouse/Production Supervisor in assigning and monitoring daily tasks.
Enforce safety, quality, and halal compliance standards on the floor.
Report operational issues and assist in troubleshooting minor equipment or process problems.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement, production output, and quality checks.
Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma in logistics, food tech, or related fields is an advantage.
1 years of experience in a warehouse or food production environment (halal manufacturing preferred).
Strong understanding of halal, food hygiene, and safety practices (GMP, HACCP).
Physically fit and able to work in cold storage and fast-paced environments.
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
