Job summary

Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operator to pick, verify, and load finished goods for dispatch, ensuring DO details align with orders and packaging. You will operate a forklift to move pallets and drums, perform regular checks, and help maintain accurate stock using FIFO and cycle counts.

The role requires physical fitness and basic Bahasa Malaysia and English; SPM/equivalent is preferred. Training and a safe, organized workplace are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse ops, finished goods storage and dispatch.
• Forklift cert/license is an added advantage.
• Able to cross-check DOs, labels, and stock codes quickly.
• Physically fit for manufacturing/warehouse tasks.
• Minimum SPM/equivalent; Bahasa Malaysia and English reading.

Responsibilities

Job description

Pick, verify, and load finished goods onto transport lorries, ensuring item specifications, batch codes, quantities, and packaging strictly match the Delivery Order (DO).

Safely operate forklift to move, stack, retrieve, and load finished products, pallets, and drums.

Check and sign off on DOs, packing slips, and loading checklists; obtain transporter/driver signatures upon loading completion.

Arrange finished goods in designated rack/floor locations using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards; maintain clear aisles and organized staging bays.

Participate in regular cycle counts and month-end physical stock counts; report any discrepancies, missing items, or physical damage immediately.

Perform routine daily inspections of the forklift (battery/fuel, brakes, hydraulics) and report defects; comply with factory HIRADC and OSHA warehouse guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and orderly storage conditions across finished goods storage bays and the loading dock.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse operations experience, specifically in finished goods storage and dispatch.

Proven hands‑on experience operating a forklift (valid forklift operator certificate/license is an added advantage).

Strong ability to cross-check numbers, labels, and stock codes against Delivery Orders (DO) accurately under time pressure.

Fit and capable of performing physical tasks in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Minimum SPM/equivalent; basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English to read orders and communicate with drivers.
