Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and delivery activities. You will lead and monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance while ensuring stock accuracy and proper inventory control.

You will monitor incoming and outgoing goods, maintain documentation, coordinate with other departments, ensure safety and cleanliness, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movement and delivery processes.
• Good leadership and people management skills with the ability to supervise staff.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and delivery activities.
• Lead and monitor warehouse staff attendance, discipline and performance.
• Ensure stock accuracy through inventory control and stock count activities.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and ensure all documentation is updated.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper stock arrangement at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding stock movement and delivery schedule.
• Investigate and report any stock discrepancy, damage or loss.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety regulations and procedures.
• Prepare warehouse reports and update management on operational matters.
• Assist management in improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
