Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and shipping goods, while upholding safety and compliance.

You will optimize warehouse layout, implement SOPs, maintain accurate inventory records, lead and develop staff, and collaborate with logistics partners to ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to optimize space, layout, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storing, shipping).
• Monitor layout and space utilization to maximise efficiency and cut costs.
• Implement SOPs to streamline warehouse processes.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales to keep optimal stock levels.
• Recruit, train and supervise warehouse staff; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
