Supermicro is seeking dedicated warehouse professionals to work in our warehouses and distribution centers in San Jose. The Warehouse Worker receives and ships Supermicro products and coordinates shipment transfers to internal departments and customers.

If you have a passion for warehousing and distribution, then Supermicro wants you! Minimum SPM qualification with around 2 years of warehouse operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
• About 2 years of warehouse operation experience.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP and WMS systems is advantageous.
• Forklift safety certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and/or English is preferable.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills and integrity for daily responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure or in urgent situations.

Responsabilités

• Report to team leader and escalate abnormalities or concerns as needed.
• Aim to complete daily tasks within expected timelines to meet KPIs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace contributing to efficiency.
• Handle Receiving: verify cargo, document, and log in SAP for receipt processes.
• Inventory: data entry, storage location, FIFO picking, and cycle counts.
• Packing: ensure correct items, proper packaging, and labeling for warranty.
• Trucking: coordinate loading, shipping marks, and freight release.
