Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics is seeking a proactive graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field to join our operations team in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior experience in logistics is a plus.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin and show strong coordination and teamwork to support daily inventory and shipment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to communicate with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inventory management and logistics operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely delivery.
• Assist the operations team with daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
• Prepare, organize and monitor shipment arrangements according to company procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
• Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
