We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure the achievement of KPIs and SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 3PL warehouse operations, team leadership, and process optimization, while ensuring financial management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and SLAs are met in collaboration with the Customer Representative.
Oversee budgets, P&L, revenue streams, and costs to maintain profitability.
Plan and manage warehouse manpower, including shift rotations, to meet customer SLAs.
Manage inbound, inventory, and outbound operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Lead operational teams to consistently achieve KPIs and customer SLAs.
Perform cycle counts to maintain 99% inventory accuracy.
Ensure DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) and OTIF (On Time and In Full) targets are met above customer expectations.
Implement ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and DHL Supply Chain standards across operations.
Identify and implement warehouse processes and policies to meet ISO, customer, and company standards.
Manage team performance and provide daily reports reflecting KPI achievements.
Requirements:
5+ years in 3PL warehouse operations and 3+ years in new warehouse setup and policy implementation.
3+ years in a managerial role overseeing 15+ employees.
Strong experience in manpower planning, OMS systems, and advanced data reporting.
Degree in Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong ability to drive performance, process improvement, and compliance with standards.
