• Develop and enforce efficient workflows and procedures by optimizing layout and storage spaces to maximize efficiency and enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts and implement inventory optimization strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the logistics process, negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain the key point of contact between internal team and client to quickly address any operational challenges in order to meet client as well as internal objectives.
• Work closely with Senior Management on key account management – maintaining and growing client satisfaction / profile.
• Deliver high-quality reporting on the project, extracting key issues and points for informed decision making and account planning.
• Motivate and foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
