Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations; at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficiency in using WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work at Gelang Patah, Johor; willing to work morning and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records in the WMS.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Address operational issues and customer service inquiries.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
