Job summary

VS Outlet is seeking an organized Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storage, and shipping duties in our Penang facility. You will verify incoming goods against purchase orders, label and store products, and conduct routine stock checks to maintain accuracy.

You will also move items with standard warehouse equipment, perform quality inspections, update records, and assist with event setups when needed. A safety-first approach and teamwork are essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse receiving and put-away processes.
• Ability to monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Familiarity with loading/unloading and basic warehouse equipment.
• Good eye for product quality and damage reporting.
• Accurate data entry into inventory systems or spreadsheets.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with supervisors.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Willingness to assist with event setups when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from suppliers and confirm items match purchase orders.
• Sort, label, and store items per guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform stock checks.
• Retrieve items for customer or store orders and package for shipment.
• Move goods using forklifts or pallet jacks; unload shipments.
• Inspect items for damages and report quality concerns.
• Keep storage areas neat and safe; perform routine tool checks.
• Record stock movements accurately in the warehouse system.
• Coordinate with supervisors to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with setting up or dismantling event areas or displays.
