Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field with >2 years of working experience.
• Understanding of WMS or ERP System and RF scanner experience is an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all warehouse-related documentation and records.
• Perform accurate data entry and prepare operational reports.
• Manage attendance and manpower records.
• Support stock take planning and documentation.
• Monitor vehicle condition and maintenance schedules.
• Control fuel usage and transportation costs.
• Handle delivery incidents and exceptions.
• Handle customer complaints, shortages, and damages.
• Receive returned goods from customers or outlets.
• Verify return reasons and supporting documentation.
• Inspect returned item condition.
• Update RMA records accurately in the system.
• Segregate returned stock into resell, repair, or scrap categories.
• Coordinate with Finance on credit notes or replacements.
• Track and report RMA-related KPIs.
