Job Summary
The Warehouse & Operation Admin Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by ensuring efficient administrative processes, accurate documentation, and smooth logistics coordination. This position also ensures compliance with 6S principles and ISO quality standards to maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate logistics operations including transport scheduling, shipping documentation, and delivery follow-ups.
- Prepare and process shipping/receiving documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Support inventory control processes such as stocktaking, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operational flow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, document control, and internal reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong interest in warehouse operations, logistics, and administrative coordination.
- Familiarity with 6S methodology and ISO quality standards is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to the high volume of communication in Mandarin.
Working Hour:
5.5 days/week 8.00am-5.00pm, 8.00am-12.00pm (Sat)
