Job description

with over 3 years of warehouse management experience, familiar with warehouse management processes, and those with forklift driving skills will be given priority

1: Be responsible for the reception, warehousing, storage and distribution of daily materials in the warehouse, strictly following the company's warehouse management processes and standard operating procedures.

2: Plan the storage space reasonably, and arrange it in an orderly manner based on factors such as the category, characteristics, and usage frequency of materials to enhance the utilization of storage space.

3: Establish and maintain accurate warehouse ledgers, promptly record the dynamics of materials' entry and exit from the warehouse, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure consistency between accounts and physical inventory.

4: Closely monitor the inventory situation and promptly report information on inventory shortages or overstock to relevant departments to prevent production halts due to stockouts or capital occupation caused by overstock.

5: Assist in the transportation or distribution of materials, including contacting freight, verifying transportation information, etc. Mark and inspect the goods leaving the warehouse to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation.

6: Verify the relevant information of incoming materials and outgoing goods, and sign for and issue the corresponding goods orders in accordance with the warehouse's inbound and outbound management process.

7: Arrange and allocate the work of warehouse personnel reasonably to ensure the normal operation of the warehouse.

8: Strictly enforce the warehouse safety management system, take effective safety measures such as fire prevention, moisture prevention, theft prevention and pest control, regularly inspect the fire protection facilities and lighting facilities in the warehouse for any potential hazards and rectify them in a timely manner.
