Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our client’s warehouse operations in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, material flow, and team performance, ensuring that all warehousing activities support efficient and timely production.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components, raw materials, and finished goods.

Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to align material availability with production schedules.

Enforce proper handling, storage, and segregation of sensitive electronic components according to ESD and safety standards.

Develop and optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and racking systems to improve space utilization and process efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and industry regulations.

Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; manage scheduling, workload allocation, and performance evaluation.

Monitor and report on key warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, cycle times).

Oversee implementation of ERP/WMS systems or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Lean, Kaizen).

Manage physical inventory counts and cycle counting programs.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in an electronics manufacturing or high-tech environment.

Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing best practices, and ERP/WMS systems

Familiarity with ESD handling procedures and component traceability requirements.

Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
