Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager (High-Volume, Multi-Warehouse Setup)

Location: Klang, Selangor

Salary: Up to RM12,000 (Negotiable)

About the Company:

We’re working with a well-established logistics player managing a large-scale warehouse facility and a workforce of over 120 staff. With expansion plans on the horizon, they are seeking a strong leader to oversee day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvements across their multi-SKU setup.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and timely delivery
• Manage and coordinate a large warehouse team across different shifts
• Monitor outbound processes and troubleshoot operational issues
• Conduct monthly site visits and client-facing sessions (mainly Klang Valley)
• Continuously improve SOPs and inventory handling for better efficiency
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to align expectations

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience in high-volume warehouse operations (e.g., FMCG, e-commerce, 3PL)

Comes from structured warehouse environments with large SKU volumes

Possesses excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Is mature and able to think a few steps ahead during fast-moving campaigns

Is confident in presenting and dealing with external clients

Must-Haves:

• Proven ability to lead large teams
• Client-facing and presentation experience
• Process-driven with hands-on leadership style
• Able to handle warehouse campaigns and urgent operational needs
