About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team at Stardex Trading Sdn Bhd. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
• Develop and implement procedures to optimise warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock control and timely replenishment
• Manage a team of warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training and performance management
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Analyse warehouse data and prepare reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Mandarin speaker will be priority
• Experience in smart warehousing is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a diverse workforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to analyse and interpret data
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
