Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient work processes and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through excellent service delivery and timely operations.
• Conduct training and orientation for new warehouse employees.
• Oversee daily operations and manage inventory reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Supervise the preparation of invoices and billing processes.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on warehouse costs and expenses.
• Monitor and implement improvements in warehouse layout and operational processes.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for business-related needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OHS, and ISO standards in warehouse operations.
• Manage staff discipline, warehouse cleanliness, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of working experience in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
