Job summary

Defines the requirements, scope of duties, responsibilities, and expected knowledge of Warehouse / Logistic Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to Factory Manager for the day-to-day management in Warehouse / Store operation.
  • Ensure all activities comply with QMS, GMP, and company rules and regulations.
  • Maintain safety, security, and good housekeeping at the warehouse / store.
  • Ensure proper labeling and segregation of goods in warehouse / store.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Plan and manage effective warehouse / store operations.
  • Coordinate with shipping department for container arrangements.
  • Oversee proper container loading procedures.
  • Ensure DN, DO, and checklists are properly recorded.
  • Update stock inventory accurately.
  • Coordinate with purchasing on rejected goods at quarantine area.
  • Plan and arrange finished goods for irradiation.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks for gloves WIP, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Prepare reports on stock inventory and shipments.
  • Monitor pest control activities.
  • Check and maintain fire reels and extinguishers.
  • Adhere to Company Policies and QMS.
  • Follow Safety Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience: Ability to work independently, multitask, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and team skills.
  • Other Capabilities: Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, English, or dialects; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
