• Schedule and oversee the warehouse team, managing workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, overseeing maintenance when necessary.
• Meet with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop plans for loss prevention.
• Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, coordinating with drivers and air partners for efficient delivery.

Requirements
