Job description

Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

Supervising logistics, warehouse and transportation.

Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.

Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers and selecting carriers by negotiating contracts and rate.

Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.

Analysis data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.

Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.

Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers.

Train and develop employees in logistic and warehouse knowledge and skills.

Ensure all logistic and warehouse operations adhere to company policies, relevant laws and regulations.

Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to the requirement of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015.

Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISO

a) Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.

b) Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.

c) Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.

d) Adhere to ISO standards compliance.

Any other duties as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Min Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or equivalent

b) Minimum 8 years' experience in similar role.

c) Knowledge in logistics and warehouse/inventory management system.

d) Good leadership, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills.

e) Proficiency in computer and MS Office.
