Job summary

Munchy's is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all activities in the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in operations and safety. The role involves inspecting incoming materials, managing staff, and recommending improvements. Candidates should have a diploma in Supply Chain and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse to ensure efficiency in storing and transferring material goods (finished products, tools) & scrap sales arrangement.

Monitor warehouse activities to ensure goods are stored correctly and safely, and warehouse space is used efficiently.

Ensure incoming materials are inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects.

Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency and lower costs.

Manage warehouse staff activities to ensure effective use of resources and that work schedules and targets are met.

Monitor staff to ensure all machines and MHEs are operated safely.

Review & update ISO/FSSC/HACCP master documents & GMP practices.

Arrange and monitor MHE maintenance, repairs, and expenses, ensuring safety and health requirements are followed.

Education/Experience:

Minimum SPM certification/Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.

Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
