Eunice, Fulfillment Manager, SEA

Responsibilities
  • Manage a large team and monitor day-to-day operations in accordance with policies, processes and procedures. Resolve complex issues requiring expertise in several technical areas/disciplines
  • Plan activities and coordinate schedules and workflow of the team, and maintain accurate reports
  • Liaise with quality control to ensure products meet quality regulations and standards and safety and environment targets
  • Ensure compliance of standards and a clean and safe work area in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Supervise inbound and outbound shipment activity in the operation, make on time delivery for shipment on the way to meet production schedule and business delivery requirement
  • Ensure efficient operations through careful management of the logistics activities; source, develop, and optimize logistics routing for outbound shipment delivery to shorten lead time and freight costs
  • Monitor and control premium freight. Check and identify freight invoices and ensure they are passed to Finance timely for on time payment
  • Manage 3PL outsourcing in logistics/warehouse operation. Strictly monitor warehouse performance to ensure smooth operation
  • Manage space utilization and warehouse location within acceptable intervals. Conduct regular stock counting and maintain warehouse infrastructure
  • Manage warehouse operations under a safe circumstance. Implement 5S management and tracking
  • Support APAC and global logistics team as needed. Complete any additional jobs assigned by the superior
Qualifications
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related fields
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management and/or third-party warehouse handling, or proven related skills
  • You are proficient in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • You are proactive, result-orientated, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving initiative
  • You possess good interpersonal skills - exceptional listening, understanding, influencing, and communication (written and verbal in English), along with excellent presentation skills
  • You have strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • You can work independently, are highly self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure
