Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Optimize warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing company products.
• Involve in develop and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, support and guidance to warehouse operations staff, ensuring resources are used efficiently and work schedules are met.
• Implement and enforce policies and standard operating procedures, prepare and attend audit findings and executive corrective measures.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution activities.
• Oversee forklift usage and maintenance, provide basic forklift training to forklift driver regularly.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless workflow.
• Coordinate monthly and yearly stock take effectively.
• Complete any ad-hoc task assign by PPC Manager and Factory Manager.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years experiences in warehousing.
• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Warehousing or any related field.
• Posses forklift active license.
• Good understanding on safety and health compliance and implementation for warehouse system.
• Strong planning and coordination skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and good problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
