Your new role
As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient inventory management and seamless nationwide distribution. Your role includes implementing process improvements and system enhancements to boost operational efficiency, minimise lead times, and streamline workflows. You will continuously maximise warehouse performance by designing effective layouts, optimising space utilisation, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. Additionally, you will manage a diverse fleet to facilitate smooth distribution, supporting your organisation's commitment to quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive hands-on experience in FMCG Warehouse & Logistics Management/Operations with expertise in inventory control and distribution.
• Proven logistics distribution experience across Malaysia and SEA, managing multichannel logistics and cross-border supply chain operations.
• Strategic warehouse organisation to optimise space utilisation, streamline workflow, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Process and system improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce lead time, and implement automation where applicable.
• Development and implementation of KPIs and SOPs to drive productivity, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Effective coordination with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations and timely deliveries.
• Open to working/relocating to Penang.
