Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Qualifications:

• SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Able to perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision.

Warehouse Operations:

• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and label products for delivery according to orders.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed).

Logistics Support:

• Coordinate with transporters to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents and customs clearance paperwork.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve delivery issues.
