Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor

Oversee warehouse & logistic operation which including manpower planning, receiving, dispatching, storage, distribution, security and safety.

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.

Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to enhance performance and efficiency.

Assist lorry drivers in loading and unloading goods for delivery as when required.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

STPM / Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Logistic Management, Store, and Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Relevant working experience is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges.

Outstanding leadership and strong people management skills.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
