We’re Hiring: Warehouse and Logistic Specialist – Asia Pacific

Initial Training in Milan | Relocation to Malaysia

Are you an experienced logistics professional ready for an international challenge?

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistic Specialist to join our Regional Team in Malaysia, with an initial training period of a few months in Milan (Italy).

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and improve shipping and receiving processes across plants in APAC
• Design and size warehouse layouts and racking systems for future needs
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate logistics policies
• Oversee stock counting processes and inventory performance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global corporate teams

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, ideally in a regional or multinational setting
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia after the training period in Milan
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; other Asian languages are a plus
• Skilled in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
