Job description

1. Responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to the department's standard operating procedures.

2. Ensuring delivery and shipping schedules are met in a timely manner and with attention to detail.

3. Performing daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.

4. Communicating and coordinating with other departments, marketing, customers, and transporters on work-related matters.

5. Processing delivery orders, arranging local and export order preparations, and scheduling delivery and pickup dates with logistics partners and customers.

6. Preparing shipping documentation, delivery notes, pre-delivery inspection checklists, and maintaining related records.

7. Assisting in updating warehouse WMS stock inventory by processing receiving and outgoing data and recording goods movement daily to maintain stock accuracy.

8. Coordinating and participating in monthly warehouse cycle counts and year-end stock counts.

9. Identifying workplace safety hazards.

10. Adhering to company policies, department SOPs, and safety management standards.

11. Performing other duties as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

- Open to experienced candidates and fresh graduates.

- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

- Good communication skills and teamwork.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
