Coordinating with drivers, forwarding and transportation agents for customs clearance and delivery processes.

Coordinating transportation for products' deliveries, drivers' delivery routes and schedules.

Monitoring drivers' driving behavior and fuel consumptions by using lorry tracking system (GPS).

Preparing daily and monthly reports.

Ensuring efficient movement of goods in compliance with company's policies, procedures, and local statutory regulations.

Overseeing all documentary requirements and maintaining related records and files, including shipping documents (DOs, Invoices, K2 forms, Permits, etc.).

Conducting periodic stock counts to ensure stock accuracy.

Systematically managing inventory and maintaining records in the database.

Performing other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Ability to multi-task and work well under own initiative.

Willing to learn, meticulous, and able to work well under pressure.
